We carry a $5 million worldwide aviation liability policy that covers both liability from the drones as well as physical damage to the aircraft, gimbal and camera package. COIs can be issued in a matter of hours once hired!
On our DJI Inspire 3, Heavy Lift Drone Packages and Gimbal FPV Packages there is a dedicated drone pilot controlling the aircraft and a drone camera operator responsible for controlling the gimbal and adjusting camera settings. Additionally, we often have a third person controlling the focus of the camera commonly known as a camera assistant.
